Return and Refund Policy

At NaturalProducts™ Kenya, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and you need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
